Simon is a long-term Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the South Australian Electricity industry. He is a dynamic, results oriented, corporate leader with extensive experience across a range of portfolios, including Network Operations, Maintenance and Projects.

He has excelled during a time of extensive industry change due to the introduction of renewable technology and has successfully led the delivery of over $3b of substation and lines projects. He was the Incident Manager during the 2016 state-wide blackout and is an accomplished negotiator, with a proven ability in resolving multiple and complex business issues.

Simon holds an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

His passion is acting as a motivator and coach to develop and inspire people to achieve their full potential.
