Rachel is a Director within KPMG’s Customer and Operations practice, focused into the Energy Sector. Rachel has worked closely with Australia’s Distribution clients supporting their readiness for the introduction and operationalisation of Emergency Backstop and Flexible Exports, to balance meeting immediate compliance obligations alongside enhancing customer experience and delivering broader strategic objectives relating to the operating model changes required to transition towards a Distributed System Operator (DSO).
