Fatima Bazzi is the Group Executive Customer at Ausgrid. In this role, Fatima is responsible for customer connections from solution to delivery, public lighting, regulated metering, customer service delivery and major customer electrification strategies and partnerships. Her groups focus is to deliver an exceptional experience and services for Ausgrid’s 1.8 million customers.
Fatima has more than 16 years’ experience in the energy sector, holding various senior roles across Asset Management, Customer Connections, Transformation and Portfolio Planning. She has been recognised for her focus on building customer-centric capability, leading transformation programs, and fostering collaboration across technical and commercial teams to support Australia’s energy transition.
She is passionate about developing emerging talent in the energy industry and promoting diversity and inclusion across STEM and leadership pathways. Fatima is a Board Member of the Australian Power Institute and holds an Executive MBA (Distinction) from Melbourne Business School and a Master of Organisational Design from UTS.
