Dylan Frangos

Dylan is a Senior Economist at HoustonKemp Economists, a Sydney-based economic consultancy. He advises regulators, governments, network business and investors on the economic frameworks underpinning Australia’s energy transition. Dylan is an expert in the regulation and planning of transmission infrastructure. He has played a key role in the AEMC’s Transmission Planning and Investment Review and regularly advises on the design and implications of emerging jurisdictional frameworks across the NEM.
