Dale Yeats is a senior economist at HoustonKemp Economists with 15 years’ experience applying economics to shed light on a significantly diverse range of problems.
He is an expert in the economics of pricing and has worked at the forefront of electricity network tariff reform since the current rules were established. He also draws on broader experience of the pricing of gas network services, air navigation services, port access, airport charges, cemetery services and heavy vehicle road use.
He has deep experience of economic regulation and has assisted clients in the context of major transactions related to regulated infrastructure, declaration reviews, major commercial arbitrations and negotiations, class actions, native title compensation claims and anti-dumping proceedings.
