Blake is a senior manager in the electricity industry, having worked for over 20years in the power industry in places such as ABB in Switzerland and the E.ON Energy Research Centre Germany, but has spent most of his career with Ergon Energy and now Energy Queensland. His background spans across most areas of asset management and operations, with a particular focus on alternative energy, new technology integration and strategy.
Blake currently holds the role of Grid Transformation Lead for Energy Queensland, responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to transition Ergon Energy and Energex from Distribution Network Service Providers to a Distribution System Operator (DSO)
