Peter Outridge

Peter has extensive experience working across the Energy, Government and Financial Services sectors where he manages the people-related risks inherent in transformational change. He is an advisor on KPMG’s Global People & Change Steering Committee, and specialises in delivering transformation results through Workforce Transformation, Change Management, Organisation Design, Talent Development, and HR Transformation. Peter is particularly passionate about the opportunities that AI Adoption offers the Workforce of the Future and the importance of culture in ensuring we have Future Ready Workforces.
