Geoff is a trained economist and lawyer and is experienced in dealing with both economic and legal issues relating to market regulation, access and pricing. He advises various gas pipeline and electricity network businesses on major projects and regulatory compliance matters arising under the national energy laws and has represented these businesses in numerous regulatory proceedings and disputes. He is also a long-standing advisor to Energy Networks Australia on policy and rule change matters.
He is a co-author of the leading Australian text on access regulation.
