Dr. Elham Hajhashemi is Manager of Analysis and Advocacy at Energy Consumers Australia, where she focuses on understanding how households and small businesses are navigating the energy transition through consumer data and research. Passionate about creating more sustainable and equitable societies, her work sits at the intersection of energy, transport, and user behaviour. Elham earned her PhD in Civil/Transport Engineering from the University of Melbourne, where she adopted a user-centred approach to explore the diverse charging needs and preferences of electric vehicle users. Her research also examined the feasibility and acceptance of charging management strategies to better integrate renewable energy.
