Exhibition Visitor Pass
Access to the EN26 Innovation Hall from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM on Thursday 19 March, 2026.
Conference sessions and options to purchase social functions is not included. Exhibition visitors must register for an All Access Pass or Day Pass to attend sessions.
Social Functions
Full delegate registrations include access to all social functions including the Welcome Reception, Networking Drinks, Gala Dinner and Farewell Reception. Other registrations can purchase tickets to the following social functions for an additional price:

Registration FAQs
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be available from 24 June 2025.
What are the ticket options and what is included?
- All Access Pass – Full conference access, the Innovation Hall, and all networking events (Welcome Drinks & Connections, Wired—In Dinner, and Farewell Drinks & Future Connections). Includes meals during conference hours.
- Exhibitor Pass – Includes access to the Innovation Hall and select networking drinks (Wednesday & Thursday, if applicable). Option to purchase tickets to attend the Wired—In Dinner and Farewell Drinks & Future Connections are available.
Who can access member rates?
Only employees of an Energy Networks Australia member, associate or affiliate organisation can access member rates.
⚠️ Important:
- If you are not a member, you must register at the non-member rate.
- To check eligibility or learn about the affiliate program, visit the Energy Networks Australia website or email info@energynetworks.com.au.
Does registration include dinner or other functions?
The Wired—In Dinner is the signature gathering for an evening of industry connection and celebration. The Wired—In Dinner, Welcome Drinks and Connections, Networking Drinks and Farewell Drinks and Connections tickets are included in most All Access Pass registrations.
Additional social event tickets are available for separate purchase:
- Wired—In Dinner: $250 per person
- Welcome Drinks and Connections: $150 per person
- Networking Drinks: $150 per person
- Farewell Drinks and Connections: $150 per person
Tickets for these events can be purchased during the online registration process. Social Event tickets are only available to delegates, speakers and exhibitors registered to attend the event.
How do I register?
A registration link will be available on the EN26 website from 24 June 2025.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes, you can nominate a substitute attendee up to 28 days before the event. To do so, please email info@en26.com.au.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
The conference administration team is available to discuss your options. Please contact info@en26.com.au.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, but onsite registrations will incur a late fee and must be paid by credit card.
Can I get a delegate list?
There is no fixed attendee list, but the conference app makes it easy to connect with others on your terms.
Here is how it works:
- Opt-in profiles – Attendees can choose to create a visible profile and share their details.
- Digital handshakes – Instantly exchange contact info with other delegates in the app.
- Export your connections – After the event, download an Excel file with the contact details of everyone you have connected with.
