The EN26 Innovation Tour will provide attendees with the story of South Australia's growth to be a world leader in this field.

South Australia (SA) is widely recognised as one of the world’s most advanced clean-energy economies. With this in mind, we are pleased to offer an Innovation Tour for visitors to SA during EN26. On this full-day tour, you’ll gain behind-the-scenes access to three world-class facilities.

Location: Leaving from and returning to Adelaide Convention Centre

Sparc Hydrogen Pilot Plant

SPARC Hydrogen Advanced Research Pilot (SHARP) is a world-first green hydrogen pilot facility pioneering photocatalytic water splitting technology under concentrated solar conditions, delivered in partnership with the University of Adelaide, Sparc Technologies and Fortescue.

SA Power Network Innovation Centre

The SA Power Network Innovation Centre showcases how South Australia’s electricity distribution network is evolving through digitalisation, customer-led innovation and the integration of distributed energy resources.

SA Water Desalination Plant

The Adelaide Desalination Plant is a critical piece of South Australia’s water security infrastructure, demonstrating large-scale, climate-resilient water supply supported by renewable energy.

On the journey, attendees will hear more about South Australia’s commitment to renewables.

This guided coach tour is designed for network operators, engineers, and policy and industry leaders keen to explore real-world deployment, transition pathways and emerging technologies in action.
