He brings extensive experience across the energy industry, including design and implementation of reform programs, and project development through all project lifecycle phases.
He specialises in techno-economic assessment and stakeholder engagement, with deep expertise in electricity regulation. His work includes preparing revenue submissions to the Australian Energy Regulator, supporting certification of future generation capacity, and spearheading market reform projects in anticipation of industry change.
A Chartered Engineer, business administration graduate, and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Tim combines technical depth with commercial acumen and a broad strategic perspective to help clients deliver practical outcomes aligned with ambitious energy system goals.
