Harsh Shekhawat is the Enterprise Investment Portfolio & Planning Manager at Endeavour Energy, where he leads enterprise portfolio planning and long-term network investment strategy. He is responsible for shaping the organisation’s capital investment portfolio and supporting regulatory engagement with the Australian Energy Regulator, helping ensure investment decisions deliver reliable, safe and affordable electricity for customers.
Harsh began his career at Endeavour Energy as a graduate and has built experience across engineering, planning and investment strategy. He is passionate about improving how networks make investment decisions, with a focus on risk-informed planning, strong portfolio governance, and meaningful customer engagement as the energy system transitions toward greater electrification and distributed energy.
